Video Uploading Competition – Novo Shoes, September 2010.
Novo Shoes were looking to drive further in-store traffic within their stores and to simultaneously increase their Facebook fan base through an online promotion.
Rising to the challenge, we created an online video contest that encouraged users to upload a video with their friends for cash prizes & in-store vouchers. We incentivised becoming a fan of the brand as well as early uploading of videos and regular voting.
A printable in-store coupon was also available for all participants to boost in-store traffic.
The Result?
An exciting campaign that earned buy in from the target demographic in the form of added Facebook fans, further in-store traffic and a number of promotional brand messages generated online.
