Global Bar Reviewing Competition – Lonely Planet, July 2010.
Lonely Planet wanted to relaunch an online competition where entrants review their favorite bar to win a $10,000 prize. They approached Additude because they wanted to introduce a higher level of sociability into the competition.
On top of implementing a superior level of ‘social graph’ features into the contest, we replicated the entire competition within the Facebook channel so that the campaign could benefit from additional viral activity.
The Result?
Although still live, this campaign is on its way to both reaching and exceeding the awareness targets set by the client.

Knowing the changes to the Victorian road rules is essential. So how do we convey this information in ways that people can really connect with?
We made awareness and engagement our priorities for the online component of the road rules campaign with a flash enabled Microsite, an interactive Facebook gaming application, and a mobile (mobi) site. To extend this message into the right communities, the digital campaign was reinforced with a comprehensive online PR strategy & execution.
This approach covered all bases as it incorporated multiple information channels whilst publicising the road rule changes in a meaningful, fun and engaging way.
