Social Media Campaigns
Social media has taken the world by storm and Australia is no exception. As a summary:
Facebook is the most visited social networking site with more than 7 million users (Oct 09),
MySpace ranked second with 3.5 million visitors, up 5%,
Twitter surged to 800,000 visitors in June 09, up from just 13,000 visitors a year ago,
iPhone applications are being downloaded worldwide at a rate of 10.5 million per day (Oct 09).
Additude is directing the move into social media for a number of iconic Australian brands. Most recently, we demonstrated the merits of going social for Fosters by delivering a successful social media campaign for the launch of the Carlton Dry Fusion Lemon beer.
